These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Untamed for the Untamed iOS and Android apps and this website. By downloading or using Untamed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Untamed is a lifestyle app for tracking alcohol use, streaks, pledges, and related habits. It is not medical care, therapy, or a substitute for professional help. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Untamed. You also agree to follow the terms of the App Store or Google Play, as they apply to your device.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Untamed for your own tracking. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, except as allowed by law. Untamed, the lion, and the app content belong to us, except for Apple, Google, and other third-party marks.

You are responsible for what you enter in the app. That content stays on your device unless you export a backup. Do not use Untamed to break the law or harm others.

Some features are offered as Untamed Pro. Payments are charged by Apple or Google. Prices are shown in the app and on the store. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your Apple or Google account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

Untamed is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you quit drinking or reach any other result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Untamed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app or site. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.

You may stop using Untamed at any time by deleting the app. Cancel subscriptions with Apple or Google separately. We may change or discontinue the app.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change. Continued use of Untamed after an update means you accept the new terms.
